Crown Apartment

It was a good central location which we needed it for. It had all the necessary amenities and it was fully equipped with everything one might need. I liked that the parking spot was available and just right there, as well as the ease of getting the key to enter the apartment.

The location was a positive and a slightly negative thing. It was in the centre, next to the Main Street so it was quite loud, the street lights were also on so it was not really ever dark in the apartment. For light sleepers like myself it was not ideal. Some night blinds ot curtains could add a lot of comfort. Also, just a small thing but a kitchen/ cloth towel would have been nice to have. :)

Very bad comunication with the host. No answer to Messages! No instructions how check in will be! Before arriving we even didnt know how to check in . But finally we wrote one more message and got the answer!

Spacious and well equipped.

We booked the place same day abt 18 o'clock and marked arriving time late evening. Until that whole time, there were 0 response from the host. We sent messages and SMS, no answer. So put yourself in our place - you are driving with your family in the middle of the night to the place that you even don't know can you check in or maybe the host just forgot the booking. Arrived to see that front door was unlocked and key was just laying there on the table. Zero communication - this is not how hosting works! Also: * Temperature control didn't work or we didn't know how to make it work. We slept windows open but the street and park is really noisy. *Bathroom is damp and is not properly cleaned - there is mold and heavy smells of mold. It is big health concern. Also the shower sewer is not working, sewer water is running to the corridor. *Listing says that apartment is cigarette free. Not true - toilet smells heavily of cigarette fumes, probably coming from neighbors. *Also ants on the kitchen table and missing drawer and I wouldn't describe apartment with the word clean. If you are not able to buy keybox and it's inconvenience for you to answer the phone or send basic check in instructions, then hosting is not your business. And one other thing I have learned from this "experience" - booking does not show negative reviews by default, you need to manually search for them. Basically we had the same experience as the Norwegian guy or/and the Lithuanian lady who just saw how damp this place is and booked another apartment without any refund. I didn't want to ruin our family holiday by canceling it (with no refund, by the way) and to start to look for new place in the middle of the night. So we only came to sleep here and we had restless two nights. But my honest opinion is that this place needs to seriously review its listing and clean the bathroom from mold. This is great health risk.

Everything was very clean. Also, very roomy. I haven't expected such big apartments. Bed was very comfy - slept very well.

the steps beside apartment were quite dangerous to walk on, should be fixed up the cot wasn’t ready even it was requested, but found it in the shed day later

Cleanliness, location, lots of free parking spaces nearby.

Duvets are kinda small. Room temp was 17c, set the thermostat to 22c and it didnt do anything, so its either broken or I couldnt figure how to use it.
