La struttura è in un posto incantevole, vicino a un lago e immersa in un bosco. I cottage sono stupendi, nuovi, in legno, con riscaldamento, acqua calda.

Sono stato accolto dal personale del ristorante, che non sembra addestrato a gestire ospiti stranieri. Conoscono l’inglese, ma spesso fingono di non parlarlo o di non capirlo quando si chiede qualcosa. La ragazza che mi ha accompagnato al cottage mi ha detto che non c’era riscaldamento, ma in realtà funzionava e l’ho acceso da solo. Nel cottage il Wi‑Fi prende, ma quando ho chiesto la password mi è stato risposto che “nei cottages ci si deve arrangiare con il proprio internet”. La critica non è tanto allo staff, quanto alla proprietà: dovrebbe formarlo meglio o limitarsi ad accogliere ospiti locali.

Милый домик рядом с озером. Есть зона отдыха, где можно посидеть. Персонал очень отзывчивый.

Матрас слегка просел и ты как-бы проваливаешься в кровать.
