Why is it listed on booking.com?

Location, quite central

Shower is ice cold on evenings, have to wait 20 minutes to get 3 mins of hot water. Towel dryer is not working, someone's old food remained in the fridge. This is the old soviet era building. The apartment is the only renewed (kind of) in it, so you are surrounded by all kind of people living theirs lives. Crazy neighbors switch on tv/radio at 3.30am at night, so the whole building can hear them. Then you hear all other neighbors walking speaking shutting doors till the morning. Impossible to sleep. Just try to find another property in the middle of the night and to move there with a kid. We're like red eyed zombies, haven't had a sleep at all.

Terrible host

On the day of the arrival, the host canceled the booking. To be precise, she / he didn't cancel it, but said that we cannot arrive because he rented it out to someone else.. She/ He was arrogant, she / he didn't care that we were already on the airport and we had no bookings. She / He tried to scam us, but I contacted booking.com and they paid everything back.

Good location, nice apartment, but not very well stocked with essentials.

A very good location in the middle of the city, near the parks. The apartment was very nice and roomy. Good place to stay with a dog.

The textiles were still wet when we arrived, so had to combine stuff to have bed sheets.

It's fine, but not great

Location is probably the only really good thing. It's literaly in the center so everything is just short walking distance away. Easy to find, no problems with parking. Self check-in is great.

Only one small and one medium towel (for a family of 4), after reviewing in details list of facilities - towels not listed. Guess can't complain, but not a nice surprise. Secondary bed had single person blanket, for two people it was very uncomfortable. Shower doors missing gasket and gap allow water to pass and make a mess. Windows open/close with difficulty. Kitchen have all sorts of stuff but only one tea spoon. Was not provided with wifi details, details from router bottom didn't match any available networks around. PS4 was not plugged in and there was no spare outlets. Neighbors blasted tv half of the night. Faint smell of cigarets on everything, balkony had a designated smoking area with ashtray so "non smoking property" is not entirely true. Questionable cleanliness.

Nebuvo švaru. Nepatogi sofa ir lova. Nepatogus isiregistravimo laikas. Nebuvo jokios arbatos tik kava. Neradom aliejaus. Druskos du pakeliai. Vienas jų prie kavos.

Vieta labai gera,butas restauruotas gerai su vakarietiška įranga,bet nėra koridoriuke net pakabų,kavos aparato.Grindys nelabai švarios,lova sulūzusi.Aš daug apkeliavęs pasaulio,bet paskutiniu laiku Booking apgaudinėja.

Labai jaukus, gražiai įrengtas butukas. Labai patogios lovos. Puikus susisiekimas, nes pačiame centre.

Šilto vandens srovė duše sunkokai bėga, tarsi trūktų spaudimo. Bet galbūt čia viso namo vamzdyno problema.

Kaksio parvekkeella, vastinetta rahoille

Täysin remontoitu kaksio kaikella tarvittavalla. Kaksi TV:tä (suoratoistopalveluilla), pyykinpesukone, pyyhepatteri jne. Erinomainen sijainti keskustassa. Edullinen hinta. Ystävällisiä talon asukkaita. Eräs nuori mies tarjosi seurueemme moottoripyörille lukollisen tallipaikan yöksi. Arvostamme ❤️

Hissitön taloyhtiö, jossa portaita, eli ei sovi liikuntarajoitteisille. Talo ei vakuuta ulospäin, mutta asunto on kiva. Lämmin vesi tuli suihkusta hyvin pienellä paineella.
