The location is convenient, with shops and the metro about a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is very spacious and modern, especially compared to other accommodations in the same price range. The host also provided clean towels, toilet paper, shampoo, and basic cleaning products, which was very helpful.
The apartment is on the ground floor, so you can occasionally hear street noise in the evening. However, this largely depends on the people outside and wasn't a major issue overall.

Es un alojamiento pequeño, pero acogedor.
Me costó acceder al alojamiento, debido a que con el enlace que me dieron, no me abría la puerta y tuvieron que darme otro método.

Appartement spacieux et calme. La porte d'entrée donne directement sur la rue ( elle est sur la gauche par rapport à l'adresse de l'immeuble ) et l'accès est sécurisé par une grille. Pour entrer la 1ère fois, il est impératif d'avoir internet sur son téléphone ( et Whatsapp de préférence ), car on reçoit un lien vers une serrure connectée ( personne sur place, mais au téléphone, Alberto est très patient ).
L'appartement est loin du centre historique ( il faut 30 mn pour atteindre Atocha, qui est la 1ère station de métro, au Sud du centre ) et la ligne de métro est toujours bondée. Le canapé n'est pas très confortable. Par contre, le lit double est impeccable.
