Very clean, equipped with everything you could ever need as far as kitchen facilities go, close to subway and bus stations, super-quiet neighborhood, close to a small and handy shopping mall.
While the bedroom has a modern and functional air conditioner, the living room/kitchen open space only has a little ventilator that does... almost nothing.

Près d’une station de métro, d’une épicerie, de stationnements et d’un parc pour enfant, appartement très propre.
L’air climatisé est située directement dans la chambre à coucher. Elle fait beaucoup de bruit et ne réussie pas à refroidir l’appartement. Nous avions très mal dormis. Le lit simple est difficile d’accès et peu sécuritaire. C’est intéressant pour un jeune entre 8 ans et 16 ans, mais pas pour un jeune enfant ou un adulte.

The place is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. You're only a few blocks away from the subway that takes you directly downtown, so no issues there. Everything worked as it should, big fridge, washing machine, there's even a nespresso machine and they leave a few capsules for you. Internet worked great, which was important for us to take some work calls and such.
Honestly everything was great, no complaints at all.
