Weak wifi and local parking minor issues but would have got it 10 out of 10

There were a few issues we experienced during our stay: 1. The bed was extremely noisy. Even with slight movement or turning during sleep, it made a lot of noise which disturbed our rest. 2. The fire door next to the bedroom allowed a lot of sound through. We could clearly hear people coming and going which caused disturbance and affected our comfort. 3. The bedroom windows are not blackout windows. As soon as it became bright around 6–7am, the room filled with strong light, making it difficult to sleep properly. Blackout curtains or blackout windows would be very important for the bedroom. 4. The main door was also difficult to open and close. It seems the lock or mechanism is slightly jammed and may need maintenance. 5. We also feel that the check-out time should be at least 11:00am for better convenience and comfort for guests.

Firstly, we stayed in No 4 not No 5, the flat below. There was confusion 😕 we had the key safe lock pin for No 4 and were trying for half an hour to get in to No 5! We phoned to get management to sort it but randomly tried the flat below, and got in! So, my comments are for No 4 and we were more than happy with the accommodation.

There is only a small one-cup cafetière provided. I'd suggest putting in a filter coffee-maker or larger cafetière for clients' use. The mattress was uncomfortable for 2 people, may need replacing.
