The building is located in downtown Aberdeen, five minutes walk to the Union St and ten mins walk to the train station. The area is surprisingly quiet. The apartment is spacious and equipped with all necessary facilities. The building is kept clean.
A minor thing, but there was no coffee maker in the apartment.

We had a great time at this cosy and well equipped apartment. The view over Aberdeen from the living room window is wonderful - and the location in the heart of the city couldn't be better (especially for people travelling by train).

Apartment was clean, chap who met with keys was friendly. Location for city centre is great, however with a little more money you can stay on the other side of the city, same proximity nicer surroundings. All being said we were let down with our original booked accommodation, this filled a gap in an emergency.
No freezer as listed, no parking on site as listed. On reading the apartments welcome pack an electronic key for the underground carpark should be supplied and wasn’t. Curbside parking £4.30 two hours max stay, off site parking £6 for 24 hours, but once parked you have to stay, leave pay again. So absolutely no flexibility with car usage unless you want to continously pay for parking. Apartment is OK. However, the block it is situated in is Housing Association, this is reflected in the poor upkeep ( missing ceiling tiles, patchwork paint etc.) and oppressive nature of the communal areas- Think 70's / 80's institutional green. On a final note the two additional beds are situated in the lounge area where you should have a dining table and settee. Kitchen/lounge/bedroom all in one. Residents we met were all friendly and happy to chat.
