A spacious, quiet place in downtown Aberdeen.

The building is located in downtown Aberdeen, five minutes walk to the Union St and ten mins walk to the train station. The area is surprisingly quiet. The apartment is spacious and equipped with all necessary facilities. The building is kept clean.

A minor thing, but there was no coffee maker in the apartment.

Great place to stay, perfect location in a quiet neighborhood!

The apartment was very clean, check in was smooth as Kimberley was on ground to check us in. Location was perfect as well, less than 5mins walk to Union Square.

The kitchen has almost all you need to prepare your meals...only missing item is a Blending machine. Would have loved to have extra pillows as well. The television was also very old, a modern smart TV would have been great.

Superb one bedroom apartment

Location is great, just a few minutes away from the main shopping railway and shopping centers. Quiet location too, and the building feels very safe! The apartment is really spacious for one bedroom and super clean and tidy. Great amenities. I really liked bathroom and walk in shower.

Apartment is located on the 3rd floor with the lift in the building stopping on the second floor. It’s only a two flight of stairs so it’s a bit if hotel room was on the first floor but with no lift. We knew about it in advance.

I didn't like that how lift only went to 2nd floor and when on 4th floor you had had to walk up 2 floors so when booking make sure you mention that you need 2nd floor as there Is alot off stairs

Short visit to Aberdeen

What an excellent value for this accommodation. Location was excellent few minutes walk to Union Square and Union Street. Apartment was very clean and super spacious for one bedroom. Kitchen is well equipped for someone who likes cooking. Really nice shower room with no steps. Bedroom has a small work desk and WI-FI connection was really decent. Ideal place for anyone who works in the area. Staff were very friendly and lady who showed me around explained everything very well and made sure I was comfortable.

Only 3 bowls for 4 of us. TV in the bedroom wasn't working. No recycling facility.

Excellent host and appartment.

Our guest was greeted on arrival by the most wonderful host Kimberley, she had waited back past last check in time for our guest who was flying in from Australia. Premises was excellent, highly recommend.

It was clean, comfortable, everything we needed and was conveniently located.

There is no parking outside. You can pay £6 per day to park on a car park which is not far away. I would have liked to know that more clearly before arrival. The train station is very close at hand and that would be another convenient option for getting to this property.

Passable

Apartment was clean, chap who met with keys was friendly. Location for city centre is great, however with a little more money you can stay on the other side of the city, same proximity nicer surroundings. All being said we were let down with our original booked accommodation, this filled a gap in an emergency.

No freezer as listed, no parking on site as listed. On reading the apartments welcome pack an electronic key for the underground carpark should be supplied and wasn’t. Curbside parking £4.30 two hours max stay, off site parking £6 for 24 hours, but once parked you have to stay, leave pay again. So absolutely no flexibility with car usage unless you want to continously pay for parking. Apartment is OK. However, the block it is situated in is Housing Association, this is reflected in the poor upkeep ( missing ceiling tiles, patchwork paint etc.) and oppressive nature of the communal areas- Think 70's / 80's institutional green. On a final note the two additional beds are situated in the lounge area where you should have a dining table and settee. Kitchen/lounge/bedroom all in one. Residents we met were all friendly and happy to chat.
