Had a wonderful stay... We'll be back!

Really friendly and helpful from the moment we booked until we left. Great location, secure parking. Quick to respond if we had a problem. Lovely view. As to Sanremo... we fell in love with the place. Bigger than we expected but easy to walk with do many bars and restaurants to choose from. Everyone seems friendly, and relaxed.

Schöne Wohnung

Trotz Lage an der Strasse war es ruhig im Schlafzimmer. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Parkplatz an der Unterkunft mit Schranke. Alles ordentlich und sauber.

Die Deckenlampe im Schlafzimmer hat durchgehend geleuchtet obwohl sie ausgeschaltet war. Um am Sandstrand entspannen zu können muss man fast schon in ein Beach Club. Eintritt sind 10-15€ aufwärts. Der öffentliche Standabschnitt ist sehr klein und zu Fuß einige Gehminuten entfernt. Sehr nahe ist ein öffentlicher Kiesstrand.

Une adresse agréable pour découvrir San Remo à pied !

Appartement très bien situé (à 15 mn à pied du Casino et 30mn du port) avec une terrasse avec vue sur mer, orientée Sud Ouest. Une place de stationnement au pied de la résidence, et un centre commercial (Lidl) à 50 m permettent de ne pas déplacer son véhicule de tout le séjour. La plage est à 5 à 7 mn à pied. Appartement très bien équipé (en outre, draps et serviettes sont fournis), et surtout, très propre ! Nous y reviendrons !

Rien qui ne puisse réellement gâcher le séjour. La literie un peu molle à mon goût. ... Et c'est tout !

Que du positif

Malgré nos 2 bonnes heures de retard, nous avons été très bien accueilli par Andrea. C'est une personne très disponible en cas de besoin. L appartement est plus que complet, aspirateur, essuies vaisselle, savon vaisselle et mains, machine à laver, sèche-cheveux, draps de lit.... Franchement, on peut pas faire mieux..Vous trouverez tout à proximité, Lidl au pied de l'immeuble, pizzeria,....

Très bon séjour

Apparemment très bien situé, à proximité de la plage et des commerces. Le parking est un plus car difficile de se garer dans les rues avoisinantes. L’appartement dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires et les produits d’entretien sont fournis ce qui est appréciable si comme moi on aime faire un peu le ménage pour vivre dans un environnement propre pendant toute la durée du séjour. La terrasse avec vue sur la mer est spacieuse et agréable pour prendre ses repas à l’extérieur.

Dommage que la Climatisation fuyait mais nous avons mis un récipient pour éviter d’inonder le plan de travail et la plaque de cuisson.

Ottima la disponibilità dei proprietari. L'appartamento è silenzioso e completo di tutto. La terrazza è ampia con una bella vista sul mare. Il posto auto, riservato con sbarra, è un must per Sanremo. Le spiagge sono molto vicine e sono presenti nelle vicinanze negozi e bar.

Un hôte au top et un appartement impeccable ! Je n’ai pas eu la chance de rencontrer Edoardo en personne, mais nos échanges ont été fluides et agréables. Il s’est toujours montré disponible et réactif, ce qui est vraiment rassurant. L’appartement était nickel à mon arrivée : propre, moderne, tout le confort nécessaire, et cette terrasse avec vue sur la mer… juste magnifique. Une expérience sans fausse note, merci encore Edoardo !
