Breeze of the Mediterranean with Pool

The apartment itself was wonderful, spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The swimming pools were great, clean, and warm, which made our stay very enjoyable. Overall, we had a lovely holiday and really enjoyed the property.

There was quite a lot of noise from the street, especially in the bedrooms. Early in the morning, garbage collection trucks came and were very loud, which sometimes woke us up. Another issue was communication at check-in. The person who handed us the keys did not speak English, so there was no real opportunity to communicate or go through the apartment together. Unfortunately, after returning home from our holiday, we received a damage claim from the property stating that some items had been damaged or were missing and requesting payment from us. We strongly disagree with this claim. We have video evidence showing the condition of the apartment during our stay, including that the mentioned items were already missing or undamaged. When we checked out, we were simply told to leave the keys on the bedside table and leave the apartment. Nobody inspected the apartment with us or checked its condition at check-out. Therefore, there is no way for the property to establish that any alleged damage was caused by us. This was particularly disappointing after an otherwise enjoyable stay.
