A perfect apartment in a perfect location with incredibly friendly and helpful hosts, who also speak excellent English. We can 100% recommend the apartment on the 7th floor. 5 stars from us. We very much enjoyd this accomodation.

This apartment was perfect for us! A couple on vacation with a beautiful view of San Juan beach. The decor of the apartment was very tasteful and it had everything you needed to cook a meal if you wanted to. Cari gave us really good recommendations for restaurants so we only cooked breakfast once or twice. She was very welcoming and sweet. She explained all we needed to know about the area and how to move around. She even reserved a taxi for us on our way out! Excellent location if you want to go to the city and tour around. I would love to come back in the future!

High quality accommodation. Sea view and very close to the beach, the tram stop and bus stop for trips into Alicante city centre or further ( we visited Benidorm by tram). Our host kept in touch regularly. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Stayed for 3 weeks in June. Perfect location for the beach and the tram (if you want to explore Alicante city or further afield). Apartment is beautifully presented and well equipped. Plenty of good restaurants and bars within walking distance, along with a decent supermarket. Cary and family are charming and helpful hosts. Thank you for letting us stay in your fantastic apartment, we will return one day.
