Villa Andrade Ocean View

Marco the host was brilliant from start to finish he was in contact at all times & was a gentleman, he even brought us his favourite beers before we headed out for the football match I’ve travelled to many places around the world and stayed in very nice places and this was one of the best, had everything we needed.. balcony views, pool table, jacuzzi, pool and sea views 👏🏼

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vila Andrade and would not hesitate to return. The villa is exceptionally well appointed, with numerous thoughtful touches that make guests feel comfortable from the moment they arrive. It was spotlessly clean throughout and felt very safe. The only visible cameras are external and form part of the property’s alarm and security system, something that was not immediately obvious to another guest who mistakenly believed they were spy cameras ! The heated pool and jacuzzi are wonderful features, and the outdoor areas provide spectacular views over Funchal, especially after dark when the city lights come alive. The property is private and peaceful, and despite some reviews mentioning traffic noise, we found it to be a complete non-issue. We were delighted with the gym and games room. The Wi‑Fi is excellent throughout the entire house, making it ideal whether you are working remotely or simply streaming and staying connected. One feature not clearly highlighted on the Booking.com listing is the secure off-road parking, which is easily large enough for two cars and was a real bonus. The location is excellent—close enough to Funchal to enjoy its many restaurants, attractions and amenities, while also being only a short drive from the airport. Marco is a superb host: friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for him. Madeira itself is a fantastic destination. With its stunning scenery, walking trails, gardens, culture and year-round climate, it offers so much more than simply beaches and bars. Highly recommended.

Having to leave so soon……

We had a wonderful stay. The villa is fully equipped with everything you might need. The kitchen is excellent with all the necessary tools, the grill area is amazing, and the pool and facilities make it perfect for both relaxation and fun. Everything is modern, high-quality, and thoughtfully prepared. The host is very kind, helpful, and friendly. We even accidentally broke a pool cue, and he was very understanding. The only minor downside is the location next to a busy road, so there is some traffic noise, but this may not bother everyone. Overall, we highly recommend this place – a beautiful villa with great hosts.

Our stay at the villa in Madeira was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was spotless, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The views were absolutely breathtaking – waking up to the ocean and mountains each morning felt like a dream. The villa itself offered the perfect balance of comfort and luxury. The outdoor space was a highlight – we spent most of our time by the pool, soaking up the sun and enjoying the peace and privacy. Inside, the rooms were spacious, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They made sure we had everything we needed and provided great local recommendations that helped us experience the best of Madeira. I would like to give a special mention to Marco. He kept us organised and updated before the stay and ensured us that there was no problem too small for him. We noticed that the lights were flickering downstairs and Marco had his men on hand the next day to fix it. Couldn't ask for a more friendlier contact. This was, without a doubt, one of the best holidays we’ve ever had. If you're looking for a relaxing, scenic, and memorable escape, I can’t recommend this villa enough. We’ll definitely be returning!
