L'emplacement est exceptionnel, surtout si vous choisissez une chambre avec vue sur le lac. Le panorama est magnifique et le cadre très paisible. Bien que l'hôtel soit un peu ancien, il dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Nous avons apprécié la présence d'un mini-réfrigérateur ainsi que du ventilateur dans la chambre. C'est un excellent choix pour profiter pleinement du lac de Thoune.
L'hôtel mériterait une rénovation afin de moderniser les chambres. Il n'y a ni climatisation, ni télévision, ni ascenseur. Les terrasses offrent peu d'intimité, car il est facile de voir et d'entendre les voisins. Enfin, la proximité du lac attire de nombreux moustiques en été, ce qui peut être gênant lorsqu'on dort avec les fenêtres ouvertes.

Situation Exceptionnelle, avec le ponton donnant un accès direct au lac. Le magnifique agencement du bar situé juste devant, avec un barman très sympa et les pizzas au feu de bois, vue sur le lac et les montagnes ! Grandiose !
Manque de fraicheur dans l'hôtel, bien que par temps de canicule, c'est inévitable ! Avec le lac à nos pieds, le problème a été vite résolu !
