The Attic was very comfortable and located about 1km from Como centre.
Entry instructions were easy to understand. There was no contact with a person, though available via the app.
It was clean, well appointed with a fully functional kitchen including a dishwasher, and a front loader washing machine in the bathroom.
The aircon in the bedroom was enough to cool the entire apartment. This was critical in the heat of this summer. There was also heating available for the cooler months.
The Attic is on the 4th floor, and as the name suggests, it is built into the roofline. Functionally, that means that the ceiling is lower in some places, which means you have to bend over a you move around, mainly in the main living space to avoid the odd head bump.
It is an old building and therefore there are no lifts. Keep this in mind when carrying luggage up the staircase. I didn't think to look for it in the amenities.
