Modern Studio with Parking in Central Luxembourg

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Busanbindung und man ist fußläufig schnell in der Stadt. Das Parken in der Tiefgarage ist sehr praktisch und unkompliziert. Die Fenster waren schalldicht, man hat den Verkehrslärm relativ wenig gehört. Die Vermieter haben sich sehr schnell um Probleme gekümmert. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und man hat alles was man braucht.

Comfortable, spacious, well-equipped flat. Secure parking space in the basement. Wi-fi and TV are excellent. Very responsive to email queries during working hours.

Description says 'Central Luxembourg'. It is a 30-minute walk or public transport ride to the city centre. Overly complex and impersonal system for entering the apartment – if you are good at escape rooms, you will be fine! The flat was very warm (at the end of April 2026) and there is no air-conditioning. We were advised to open the windows but the flat is on a very busy junction and the traffic noise prevented us from sleeping well or hearing the TV. Description states there is a sofa, but it is a single seat (see photo) – not ideal for couples. Although equipped with a dishwasher, there was insufficient cutlery and crockery to make use of it (only one dinner plate, one teaspoon and no wine glasses). Ridiculous requirement to provide videos for every little problem.

Location was great, parking very handy, nice style with eye for details. Well equipped and modern.

First of all the code that was provided was incorrectly given, the order of the numbers was opposite, instructions not clear The wrong keys were provided, instructions mentioned 205 but the door did not open. Desperetly randomly checking different doors, we fidured out the keys opened the appartament 202. While trying to contact via what apps or booking,com, no real understanding and support was given. Luckily we figured it out by trying. Also one issue with the shower, very good one but the drain system could not cope with the water, bathroom overfloods quickly therfore spent time mopping the floor to avoid risks of leaks. This really needs to be checked.
