1. The room is well maintained and cozy, good configuration. 2. Confortable mattress, the pillows, not that much. 3. Coffee capsules for almost every day. 4. Its in a quiet area, very few construction noises. 5. Pretty close to city center, 30-40 minutes by foot, its odd that its the same with public transport, typical to how the city is organized in most of the aspects. 6. Almost everything you need, with some lacks. 7. Contactless check-in/out.

The host, Flaminia, doesn't have a customer oriented behaviour, she never properly took responsibility for problems discovered on the location, and some problems that were her own, she made them mine, on my disconfort, like bellow: 1. The free parking mention "no need for reservation" its innacurate, I must say that it was the most important criteria when I've made the reservation, and I've barely found a spot that was partially good, with some risk of being fined, the public parking its always full and nobody moved the whole 5 days stay, except the beloved residents that left with the cars and blocked the free spaces with their scooters, and the parking space from under the building that I read about in feedbacks from here its totaly blocked, its unavailable. 2. She wants upfront the city tax, only into a bank account, and when I've asked about revolut, even if that tax should be paid right there and then and not before our arrival, she said and I quote, "I can't help you I don't have revolut", like I was the one with an atypical request. 3. Even if in the location's listed facilities netflix is mentioned, theres no netflix aplication on the TV, even if the remote control has that button, the TV has almost all the functions blocked, I guess by the administrator of it. 4. In the first day there was no wi-fi at all, the receiver was damaged, and ofcourse, in those 5 hours between the leaving of the previous guest till the next one its allowed to enter, they didn't had enought time to make sure that everything is up and ready so that the next one can arrive and relax, no, I had to be the one that discovered the issue and to allow the technician to enter my room so that he could fix the location's problem, and with not even a "sorry for the inconvenience" at the end, or in any situation, to be more precise. 5.

Posizione strategica, in meno di 10 minuti si arriva al Vaticano e a due minuti si trova la stazione di San Pietro comodissima per arrivare anche in zone più lontane della città. Bel bagno con doccia grande, bel terrazzino e aria condizionata funzionante che ci ha aiutate per il caldo in questo soggiorno estivo.

La pulizia potrebbe essere migliorata, anche quella delle stoviglie trovate un po’ trascurate, sebbene la proprietaria dopo averla avvisata di questi problemi si sia messa subito a disposizione per chiamare la ditta di pulizie.

Spacious room. Firm bed. Very clean.

The walk to and from the apartment involved walking through a dark, unlit parking lot. A bit uncomfortable for a single woman. No dish towels. Shriveled up gross old sponge. Bidet was not functional. Tea kettle had the worst smell ever- like something died in it.
