All facilities are there. The possibility to cook, washing machine, bathroom with bidet, balcony. The apartment located in a quiet neigbourhood and is close to S.Pietro station and walking distance to Saint Peters basilica. Other places in Rome are easily accessible by bus or train. The bed is comfortable, the sleeping couch is okay. Value for money is okay as well. All in all a very good stay!
The size of the property does not seem to match the description. It is closer to 25m2 than 35m2 (incl. bathroom). However, all mentioned facilities were there. Sometimes where was noise coming from surrounding apartments. The walls do not tend to isolate much.

Freundliche Inhaberin, gute Kommunikation. Die Check-In-App hat gut funktioniert. Obwohl recht hellhörig, war die Unterkunft ruhig. Man hört keinen Straßenverkehr, Balkon hin zum Hof. Wenige Minuten bis zum Bus (wenn er fährt). Bequeme Betten. Einfache aber saubere Wohnung. Es gibt einen Aufzug, der zwar alt, aber funktional ist.
Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend, wenn man nicht unbedingt kocht. Es gibt zwar Kaffee-Kapseln, aber die dazugehörige Kaffeemaschine fehlte. Die Handtücher waren gut, aber bei der Hitze wären Ersatzhandtücher gut gewesen. Ist nicht komfortabel aber für einen kurzen Städtetrip auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.
