Fermata San Pietro - appartamento con parcheggio

Appartamento in zona centrale dietro San Pietro, struttura dotata di tutti i servizi, lavastoviglie e lavatrice incluse. Macchina per caffè e cialde incluse

Tv Samsung di buon livello funzionante parzialmente, spariva l’immagine dopo qualche secondo.

Nella struttura c’è tutto l’occorrente .. ci hanno fatto trovare anche le capsule per un caffè .. persone cordiali e sempre disponibili .. San Pietro è davvero a 10 minuti a piedi oppure a pochi passi c’è la fermata del treno .. consiglio per chi vuole visitare Roma dormendo in tranquillità

Buena equipación y limpio. Al lado de una estación de tren. Trato por teléfono con la propiedad en todo momento accesible.

Al ser un bajo, tiene rejas en las ventanas.

- excellent location (quiet neighborhood, easily to reach by train from the airport (one change & cheap), 10-12 min walk to Vatican, 10 min walk to bars & restaurants, Carrefour -8 min walk.

(i) The washing machine was supposed to be with a dryer, but clothes were hot & wet at the end of the program (i tried 3 different). There is no balcony or any natural light in the apartment so in 48 hours the clothes were still wet and unwearable....which was disappointing; (ii) the Owner was too often reminding us about touristic tax, usually we just leave it at the end of the stay; (iii) the bed sheets were old & used. Furthermore, I do understand the Italian tradition about not using duvet covers but rather a sheet and a blanket, but taking into account the number of tourists sleeping there, it seems rather non hygienic to have unwashed blanket for everyone (ikea offers a lot of duvet cover choices).
