Warehouse District Modern Condo with Private Garage

Absolutely fantastic property. Clean, comfortable bed and spacious. Was adequately equipped with kitchen items.

I am not sure what is wrong with NC - but it is SO loud there. I also stayed in Charlotte a year before for a conference and it was amazingly loud. This is nothing to do with the property owner, but seems like Raleigh and Charlotte have people who like to rev engines, sirens at all hours, noises that are out of control, etc. Mind you, I have traveled all around the world. Was just in a hotel right next to the airport at LAX and it didn't approach this level of noise. NC has a big problem - if you are noise sensitive, bring ear plugs. I had to wear them. But again, this is not the property's fault.

Fantastic location. We were traveling for a tournament. The conference center is located about five blocks from the apartment, and a lot of great restaurants are around within walking distance. Apartment is beautiful, clean and comfortable, and a garage is definitely a big bonus.

The place is located in a very close proximity to Union train Station and fire station . It can get noisy.

Priced as better value than the local 3 star hotels. Best amenity was the included parking. Most if not all upscale downtown hotels now charge for parking. This was the differentiator...

Nothing at all...Great stay. Just wished we got the checkout protocol prior to actually leaving...
