Where should we begin? We really enjoyed our five-day stay at the Little Blue House in Raleigh, NC. First, the location is absolutely perfect. The home is located in one of Raleigh’s trendiest areas. Every grocery store and many excellent restaurants were within one to two miles of the VRBO. We even walked a few blocks to the Raleigh Beer Garden. I also have to mention the beautiful park just up the street—an easy walk from the house—and one we highly recommend.Upon entering the charming Little Blue House, we found it to be exactly as pictured: pristine, comfortably furnished, and wonderfully quiet. Everything was accommodating, from the bathrooms and comfortable bedding to the well-equipped kitchen and dining area.An added bonus was the cozy sitting area on the front porch and the perfectly positioned fire pit on the back patio. We utilized the fire pit every evening before winding down for the night. Another amenity worth mentioning is the convenient off-street parking, with a driveway next to the house that easily accommodates two vehicles. This VRBO was one of the most relaxing and comfortable places we have ever stayed. We will definitely return the next time we visit Raleigh.

I was traveling with my mother and my 10 month old son and this space was truly perfect for our short trip. The host was incredibly accommodating considering some changes in travel plans. We really adored the space and felt right at home there. The location was easy to find and convenient to travel to other places from. We loved having the porch space to enjoy after waking and really appreciated the bedside chargers in each room. We both agreed that the pictures didn’t do it justice and the space is much cozier than we had initially imagined.

Charming house that worked well for our needs. Loved the location. Fast and easy communication with the owner when we had a question.

I was excited based off the reviews of this place but it definitely underwhelming. I had some work to do in this trip and the internet was in and out the whole time. A lot of the rooms could use an update- the bathroom felt like a bathroom inside of a college dorm. It was that bad. Just not very nice or seemingly clean and very tiny. When I went to use the sink in the Master, the handle came off of the sink every time I turned the water on. I had to put it back on several times and make sure I lifted it in a way it wouldn’t come off. The soap and shampoo provided was cheap and clumpy. The soap was running low and stopped coming out of the bottle, so I had to unscrew it and dump it in my hand and it was clumpy- which I dno just felt gross. The AC didn’t work well for the first 12 or so hours I was there. It was on but I Couldn’t get it below 73 until it cooled down at night. The house was in a strange location with a lot of random people walking through - right next to a church. Not a BAD location by any means, but definitely felt uneasy at times. The hosts offered to move me in to the house next store after the problems with the AC and internet so that was nice of them. I didn’t want to be trouble and was busy the next day so decided just to stay put. But for the price, there’s just no way this place is a 10/10 and I wouldn’t stay here again. The place was big enough to fit at least 3-4 people. The initial listing of this place was over 400 for two nights . Not worth it
