Walking distance to downtown and close to a grocery store. Comfortable setting and amenities. Fast and reliable WiFi. Nice little extras and of course spacious like a home away from home.
Being an older home, the walls and floors are thin and not soundproof, so you can hear neighbours around you, particularily with thumping on the floor as someone walks around upstairs (including at 5AMevery morning). Earplugs were needed and used to help negate some of that.

Great neighborhood and very safe. Nice park and area.
There was hair literally everywhere in the apartment. In bathroom on the floor, in the bed on the towels. It seemed like the cleaning team did a rush job.
