Good: interior was nice, tv's in every room, updated appliances, mostly clean, check in process & checkout process was easy. Good communication from owner. Close to many things and the price was okay.Not Good: Had a host of issues, that included the shower handle falling off, main bedroom ceiling fan needs repaired, no airflow in main bedroom, ants all around the front door area, creaky floors, and had a delay getting to check in due to a water/sink issue that the owner communicated on the day we were suppose to check-in. One of the closets was dirty and never cleaned. Not the best of neighborhoods, loud music until 3am, junk vehicle parked in front of the house with trash around it (not the homeowners). Suggestions: give a discount or some funds back for the delay with check in. Check-in was supposed to be at 3pm and wasnt able to check in until after 7pm. Not my fault but I ended up having to find something to do until it was repaired. Overall: decent place to stay for a couple of days but wouldnt want to stay there more an than 3 days.

Beautiful and comfortable home.Quiet neighborhood and felt safe..The host was amazing and had great communication.I even got a happy birthday sign which was the cherry on top.I will definitely be back in the future.

Location was great! Recent renovations of the home and decoration choices were excellent! Area was quiet except for the neighbor dogs that were in outdoor kennels wouldn't stop barking once they seen our doggies. Very pet friendly inside and easy to clean any messes. Only issue was that the yard was not as well maintained as in the pictures. Grass was tall so made for unfortunate walk in the wet grass for doggies to do business. We would stay here again when attending another Canes game! Great price and wonderful communication with the owner.

This property was okay stay. Looks clean from a far, but it was dirty. Communication with the owner was good was very helpful.
