Great location
Nic was very responsive and handled my concerns quickly
Bed was comfortable and the towels were nice
Plenty of coffee for the mornings
The A/C did not work well at all - it was very warm in the house when I arrived.
The airflow was the biggest issue - when I turned the A/C down to cool the house off, the air flow was so minimal that I contacted Nic to have it repaired. I would not want to stay here in the heat of summer - I cannot fathom the A/C could keep up with cooling the house.
The walls all are in need of repainting, and several small items were damaged or broken. I had to re-arrange some pillows and lamps so I could have useable equipment in the back bedroom.
The "backyard" is not a useable space at all, it's just two big oak trees and a run down shed

I liked how clean the property was and its location!
The only issue I had was that the back bedroom tv did not have a remote to be able to watch tv. Other than that, the stay was great.
