Die Vermieterin informiert im Vorwege sehr gut über alles (Zugang über Zahlencodes, Parkmöglichkeiten). Das Appartment ist sehr geräumig und zentral gelegen. Es hat im Wohnzimmer und im Schlafzimmer jeweils eine leise Klimaanlage. Das Bett war etwas schmal (1,40 m), aber gute Matratze.
