Limpieza,amabilidad del personal,y el parking gratis ya que es muy dificil aparcar en Castro Urdiales.
Al reservar da lugar a confusión porque no da a un patio interior sino a una calle con mucho tráfico y había mucho ruido. La nevera también es muy ruidosa, más de lo normal. Aunque ponga que hay Netflix tienes que poner tu usuario y contraseña si no no esperes ver nada de pago. Tuve que insistir en varias ocasiones para que pusieran la calefacción y pasé frio.
