Bardzo klimatyczne mieszkanie, można poczuć portową atmosferę. Piękny widok z okna, bliskość morza i możliwości spaceru po okolicy. Wnętrze komfortowo wyposażone, dwie sypialnie i dwie funkcjonalne łazienki. Dość dobrze wyciszone okna. Wiatraki na suficie - nie ma klimatyzacji, ze względu na zapachy ciężko zrobić przeciąg
- Na 3 dni, które tam spędziliśmy, dwa miały zorganizowane eventy na placu bezpośrednio przed oknami. Tłumy i hałas. - Okna z łazienki i sypialni wychodzą do szybu, tak samo jak okna restauracji z rybami i owocami morza piętro niżej - zapach jest silny - W sezonie turystycznym jest duży problem z zaparkowaniem w okolicy

EL SALÓN ES SIMPLEMENTE ALUCINANTE. GRANDE, BONITO Y CON UNAS VISTAS AL PUERTO IMPRESIONANTES.
Es cierto que las habitaciones dan a un patio interior del que viene olor a fritanga, porque hay un bar justo abajo, y no se pueden ventilar directamente sin que entre el olor. Sin embargo, abriendo los tres grandes ventanales del salón, se ventila todo el apartamento perfectamente.

Grandiose Lage, sehr tolle Wohnung, sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Man wohnt direkt im Zentrum mit Blick auf den Hafen, einfach MEGA :-)

La decoración y las vistas
Deficiencias de mantenimiento sustanciales. Ventana dormitorio sin oculta vistas y sin persiana que impide dormir. Puerta del dormitorio principal que no cierra. Puerta del baño principal que tampoco cierra. Cama de 1,35 OJO en dormitorio secundario. Zona muy ruidosa. Portal con dificultad de acceso , invadido por mesas de los bares y clientes del bar. Olor a fritura en el portal, suciedad en el portal. Zona poco tranquila y segura para viajar con niños
