1-bedroom apartment 50 m from the beach with terrace swimming pool AC

We had a wonderful stay overall. The apartment was lovely, the location was excellent, and the beach was fantastic. We really enjoyed our holiday and would happily recommend the property itself.

Unfortunately, the experience with the management agency was one of the most frustrating I have ever had. Communication was extremely disorganised. We received duplicate and sometimes different messages from multiple email addresses, WhatsApp and SMS, starting several days before arrival. Instead of making the process easier, it became confusing and overwhelming. On the day of check-in, I had to call the agency because no one had sent the arrival instructions. Only after I contacted them did they send the information. Communication also switched from English to French without any explanation. I am not asking for communication in my native language, but since all previous communication had been in English, it would have been logical to continue providing important information in English. We were also repeatedly asked to make another payment via both WhatsApp and SMS, even though I had already paid for the accommodation in full back in May. I sent proof of payment and asked why I was being asked to pay again and why the communication was so confusing. My questions were never answered. Instead, the agency simply continued sending messages through every available channel asking what time we would be checking out. I completed the online check-out form they had sent me, yet they continued asking for the same information as if the form had no purpose. Even after I confirmed our departure time, no one explained the check-out procedure. We were not told whether to leave the keys somewhere or wait for an agent. I had to contact them yet again to ask what we were supposed to do.

the apartment was very clean and recently renewed. swimming pool is a big plus as well as the positioning of the apartment just in front of the beach. reccomended !

Appartamento veramente spazioso, ben attrezzato, letto comodissimo. Location incredibile, vicinissima al mare, a pochi passi a piedi dal centro storico e qualunque altro ristorante! Veramente una soluzione azzeccata ad un prezzo onesto! Inoltre, il personale è stato davvero gentilissimo ad accomodare le nostre richieste in termini di orari! Veramente consigliato!

Cercate di evitare di spostare l'auto nei weekend. Solitamente il parcheggio non è un problema, ma in alta stagione diventa un po' più complicato. Inoltre la piscina ha orari strani. Niente di grave, comunque!
