A lovely modern apartment, well equipped kitchen, spacious bedroom, lovely balcony. Private basement parking is a big plus, although we could find parking also on the street. Quiet residential neighbourhood. Walking distance to the beach, Antibes and Juan-Les-Pins train station.
The kitchen layout is quite impractical (especially the fridge), thus reducing the points for comfort. One of the duvets was not clean (visible brownish stains). Also we were given just one towel per person.
