Terrific location; walkable to both Antibes & Juan les pins. Comfortable apartment. Slept well. Great to have a washing machine and full-sized dishwasher. Super quiet location. Lovely balcony.
Couldn’t get the air con to work in the 2nd bedroom for a number of days. Smelt a bit fusty at first (felt like it needed airing).

Location was super nice, walking distance from the centre, 5 minutes to the coffee and beach.
Ceiling plaster was coming down heavily, did not look good, definitely needs some upgrade. Not shown on pictures.
