The apartment itself is stunning and an amazing location. Lovely terrace in particular.

The problem we experienced was with the provided information and the communication. We had an address to go do and absolutely nothing else- the emergency numbers provided didn't work and most of my texts were read but unanswered. There's no information left on the wifi, where to leave the rubbish (which you have to take out at the end of your stay), where the pool is, how anything in the apartment works. We had to collect the keys from Cannes as we landed too late and were only told last minute. The address itself isn't enough- there are multiple blocks/ floors and most doors are unmarked. Queue a late night when we arriving trying the keys in doors and guessing. After Facetiming one of the staff we were told to head to X floor in another block and look for a door beginning with B. on The pool was shut for 90% of our stay and my daily messages asking about it were read but ignored. Only 2 beds made up instead of 3. Super disappointing considering the price of the stay. The one thing I did have information on was Check out, you need to strip the beds, empty the dishwasher, take the bins out (with no idea where)- which does make for a stressful checkout. Failure to do so comes out of a hefty €800 security deposit. If the hosts can sort out the experience and not just rely on an amazing apartment, it would make for the perfect stay.
