LAVERNE - Stunning Sea View T3 with South-Facing Terrace

Usually real estate listing pictures are way better than real life. Well, this is not one of them. The actual view from the kitchen balcony is exactly as mesmerizing as in these pictures. This is simply stunning! The location in our mind was absolutely perfect - just between the Antibes old town and the Juan Les Pins sandy beachline. It is a small apartment building with only 6 apartments on a quiet alley. Juan Les Pins beach promenade is about 5 min walk and Antibes old town 10-15 min depending on the pace. The perfect place to unwind and relax after a long day in the beach club. The staff is very helpful and replies to messages very quickly. We lost one of the balcony armchair pillows - it was retrieved the following morning after contacting the staff. We have been to a lot of short stay apartments, but this was one of those where you actually feel at home. And that is by no means a small thing.

Veldig bra beliggenhet i forhold til både Salis stranden, gamlebyen og sentrum av Juan les pain. Fin utsikt i øverste etasje med 2 terrasser, så man kunne nyte både morgen og ettermiddagssol. Gode senger, deilig sofa for å slappe av. Fint og romslig for en familie på 4. 10 min å gå ned til bakeriet for å kjøpe frokost. Samtidig ligger leiligheten litt unna veien så man slipper trafikkstøy.

Noen ting trenger litt oppgradering.
