Excellent location, very close to beach and Bangla street. Markets, supermarkets, clubs, restaurants very close. Very nice place, terrace.
1. They were asking for deposit 500B, however it wasn't stated in rules here in Booking (good that I had a cash, but - if not?). They gave receipt without hotel details for approval that the deposit was paid (it looked like scam, so be aware of that and ask for adding all hotel details).
2. Towels were dirty.
3. Only one used toilet paper roll (1/3 of it remaining) for 2 night stay.......................

Klimaanlage wurde zügig repariert, der Safe stand im Schrank und war nicht befestigt, Kaffee wurde nicht aufgefüllt. Reinigung des Zimmers nach Ansage.
