Vintage building without elevator, located 200 meters far from beach. Is alley but no problem at all. No street noise. The best expresso coffee I took in all Thailand was there. Nico is Italian and for coffee that’s make a big difference. Good staff very professional, hygiene and cleanliness. I’ll recommend and I’ll return there🙏

The owners, Niko and family, are wonderful hosts and the hotel is close to the beach and major attractions.
The hotel gets a bit hot in the stairwell, but other than that, the hotel is in a good location, good value for money and accomodating of their guests.
