Location is great
I loved the balcony!
Best spot in the city.
The flat was clean, good TV and WiFi.
The only thing that I needed and was lacking was a microwave, it would have really helped a lot.
Plus given that the heat in the summer is getting more and more - I really think it would need an AC Fan for better stay as it’s too humid and hot.
But overall the stay was fantastic and the staff were more than helpful.

The property was clean and the service was great loved my stay great value for the sea view you get and the location is great near everything
If traveling with luggage there is no elevator and and narrow stairs.

The location is excellent. It’s right next to the Brighton Centre, where the brightonSEO conference takes place, and it’s also very central, making it easy to get around to pubs and restaurants.
The noise from the stairs and the footsteps from the upper floor really depends on the “neighbors.” Some days it was very quiet, but other times, when people were running up and down the stairs, the noise in the bedroom was intense and honestly quite disturbing.
Overall, the place looked spotless at first glance, and in general it was very clean. However, there were a few areas where dust had clearly been missed by the cleaning crew, such as behind the sofa, behind the bed, and similar spots.
Now, about the balcony: to access it, you have to pull the windows very carefully. Due to their age, they are hard to open, and not all of them open properly. So it’s not really the kind of balcony you can easily step out onto and relax.
Also, even though the room is non-smoking, there were quite a few cigarette butts outside. I did smoke one cigarette at night, but I made sure to clean up after myself.
Overall, it was a nice and well-kept place, but I’m not sure it’s 100% value for money compared to similar options at the same price that I’ve stayed at in the past.

Traffic noise. Also visible at street level as no glazing at curtains at bottom of window
