The Brighton Playhouse – Central 2 Bed

The location was fantastic! So easy to reach and close to everything like the shops, public transport and the beach. My husband and son loved the pool table and the dart board. It was really nice that there were 2 bedrooms upstairs so that when I had to leave to attend a conference didn’t wake up my family. Even though it is in the middle of the centre, the noise wasn’t that bad, I think it is also because it has double glazing and in the night it was really quiet. The beds were ok and the bedrooms had enough space. The company managing the apartment was great and very responsive to my messages which was really helpful. Internet was good and lots of channels to choose from on the TV. There were cleaning materials which was useful. Overall, we had a nice stay at the apartment.

The building itself is quite old and you feel that in the property even though it has all been newly painted. We were a bit disappointed with the initial cleanliness of the apartment. We mentioned it to the company and they were really responsive and sent someone to clean straight away and it was fine afterwards. I do think that the apartment could use a good spring cleaning as the windows could use a wash and some things just need some tlc to make it better. There is a washing machine but then there was no drying rack to hang your clothes on which was a shame so felt I couldn’t really use it. The sofas weren’t so comfortable to sit on and we missed a table that we could eat at. However the salon table was ok for breakfast and lunch. On the other hand I think we preferred the pool table to a normal table - if we had to choose😉I think the idea of making this apartment a playhouse is a really nice idea!

It was genuinely amazing. The location of it. 1 minute walk to a shopping centre. Everything is 1 min walk. Flat has 2 bedrooms and 4 beds which was amazing for me and my family. Clean and amazing. Definitely using it Everytime i come brighton
