Non ci sono finestre e bisogna tenere la luce accesa 24h su 24h … l’unica finestra é in una posizione dietro alla porta della stanzetta, non utilizzabile per la luce naturale, se devi lavorare con il cellulare non hai mai la linea

Sin poder acceder a internet porque no fue posible ni nos apoyaron cuando solicitamos apoyo. Eso implica que tampoco hubo cable no TV. En el apartamento no accede ni el internet contratado por nosotros con una e sim. La señal no accedía por ser un local encerrado, con poca ventilación ni acceso de ondas

Que no se pudo contar con internet ni TV ni entretenimiento a la hora de descanso

The location is great. It is situated in a very nice neighbourhood with lots of pubs and restaurants, very close to the metro station and within walking distance from main attractions. The furniture and facilities in the apartment were new and in very good condition and the hosts were friendly and trying to be helpful (it seems that there is a company who manages the apartment and even if they are nice and try their best to offer you a good experience, they didn’t manage to solve a very serious issue that prevented us to sleep during the first night). The place was very clean and it has everything you need. I liked that there was a self-check-in and it was quite easy to do it.

When we arrived there was a horrible noise coming from the ventilation system. There was a small door in the ceiling, just above the main entrance and it was vibrating continuously. We couldn’t sleep the whole night. The property administrator sent someone to fix it just the following day, without offering an alternative for our stay. They fixed it the next day and promised a compensation for the first night (when I repeat, it was impossible to sleep). However, after our stay was over, after I sent them my bank details for the compensation they promised 10% of the first night. I still did not received the money after almost 1 week (even if it was 7.9 euros - the price that the administrators consider is the worth of a sleepless night). I was very disappointed of how they handled this situation, showing that they don’t respect much their guests. The bathroom is very small and the shower floods all the floor each time you use it. Even if you use the sink water starts coming through the drainage of the shower. It is quite unpleasant. When you enter the apartment there is a strong dampness smell and you can see it on the wall that the paint started to come off because of it. The check-in is possible only after sending your ID through a platform that the company uses and after digitally signing a contract. This should not be a problem if the emails from this platform didn’t go directly in the spam folder :)
