El apartamento está bien, es cómodo idealmente para 2 personas. Ya si son 3 y hay que abrir el sofá cama se queda muy justo de espacio, sobre todo la pasada para ir al cuarto de baño.

La experiencia con este alojamiento fue un poco intensa. Una semana antes de la reserva me pidieron hacer un check-in online, solicitando datos personales, la firma de un contrato y una tarjeta para preautorización a modo de fianza. En el contrato figuraban 500€, aunque finalmente (después de hablar con Booking y con el alojamiento) me confirmaron que eran 200€ por 2 noches. La comunicación fue confusa: primero me escribieron desde un número de WhatsApp, que dejó de funcionar al poco tiempo, y luego retomaron el contacto desde otro número distinto. Durante los días previos y también durante la estadía recibí muchísimos mensajes, lo cual me resultó agobiante y me quitó bastante tiempo, además de generarme cierta desconfianza. Tras el check-out, pasaron 3 días sin que se desbloqueara la preautorización. Cuando lo reclamé, me dijeron que dependía del banco, pero enseguida me enviaron un ticket de datáfono y en ese momento sí me liberaron el dinero. Más allá de esto, la ubicación es buena, aunque algunas calles cercanas no dan la mejor sensación; recomiendo moverse por las que tienen más bares y ambiente, ya que transmiten mayor seguridad.

Easy to access the apartment, simply by using an app and the telephone to open both the door to the building and the apartment. The main bedroom was very large and the temperature was nice. Also liked the bathroom, especially the shower which was very good. Chose the apartment due to the proximity to both the Metro and the Atocha train station.

Parts of the neighborhood were not so nice late at night. Many street vendors hang out there in large groups. Maybe not exactly unsafe, but a bit unpleasant. The apartment became very small when the couch was turned into a bed, taking up almost all the space in the middle room.

The location and the layout of the property, and the kitchen equipment etc were all great. Everything was very new and very clean.

The bed was extremely hard and difficult to sleep on. The method for getting into the building and apartment was quite tiresome (requiring an internet signal which I didn't always reliably have on my overseas phone). There was no usable wifi (it only worked to operate the door?) and there was only local Spanish TV. I got food poisoning on my stay and so the hard bed and no internet became tough to deal with. Overall I felt that it was set up for the convenience of the owner more than the convenience of the guest.
