The apartment is beautiful and its location is excellent. It equipped with everyting you need and even more. It's quiet and perfect to rest after visitng Madrid whole day longhaving a long day at work. Bluetooth speaker was a big plus for me. There are plenty of nice bars in the neighbourhood.
Additonal glasses and mugs would be a plus. There are a few of them, but sometimes it was not enough and I had to use dishwasher when it was not totally full.
The apartment is dark with almost no sunlight, so not recomended for a long stay.

Lots to like here: comfortable bed, spacious shower, a compact kitchen with everything we needed, easy entry, nearby grocery and restaurants, and quiet. We walked to the Prado Museum in 10-15 minutes. About .8 miles to the Atocha rail station. Perfect for our 3 nights in Madrid. Host was very accommodating - allowed us to drop off bags earlier than check in time. Highly recommend.

The accommodation was great and the location couldn't have been better. The apartment was lovely and very modern. Just a short walk to the PRADA. Loved it!

Be careful with the washing machine. I put some clothes to wash and when the cycle ended I couldn't open the washing machine. I contacted the representative that same day and he did not answer me. He had to be at the airport the next day at 11am and he never arrived on time. I couldn't get my clothes back, they stayed in the washing machine.
The apartment is well located, in the center.
