Great location, especially to be in the same building as the exercise room, pool, hot tubs and sauna. Condo was very comfy. Easy walk to the ski lifts as well.

Refrigerator was fairly noisy, and probably small for anything more than 3 guests. Brian Head's remote nature means you're bringing everything you need, and for a week stay the fridge and kitchen were a little small. Heaters were also kinda noisy and hard to get to the right temperature. TVs are older and had to get a Roku stick to stream our preferred content.

Location was great. Price was reasonable. Communication was above average.

Toilet constantly ran. Exhaust fans in bathrooms were disgustingly in need of cleaning. Thermostat knobs on all heaters were difficult to use as they were all stripped and you had to play with them to get them to engage. Room sleeps 7 but tableware setup only for 4. Instructions on check out says to put thermostats at 55degrees, but there aren't any thermostats just knobs that are difficult to work and that range from high to low, no degrees markings. Dishwasher detergent container was empty. No Kleenex. Main TV did not have power. Communication with owner was that TV worked when housekeeper's were there last and to make sure it was plugged in. It was not plugged in as the power cord for the tv, that came out of the wall, was several inches short of the power strip cord. In order to plug it in you had to raise the power strip cord in order to reach the tv cord, thus leaving the power strip dangling held up only by the shortened tv cord. Dated.
