Very clean, good room, presents well also. We were in a room along side the reception, so very noisy at opening times. Sadly I didn’t like the area and didn’t feel to safe late at night returning from days out.

Rooms are so tiny. No desk or table. Radiator wasn't working and they never fixed it the 4 days I was there, but they did give me a electric heater. But the man at the reception promised the heater in 5 minutes twice but took 2 hours. He did change my room to a different room because the first room also had a dripping noise that wouldnt go away. The new room was on the street side and the sound insulation was terrible.

We had a great stay in London, location of the hotel is great and it’s clean too.
Just 1 thing to improve please, I had a confirmation that I would get lowest level (think 1st floor) as requested but when checked in I was given highest floor and quite an issue as I have health issue.
