Sol y relax en el corazón de Torremolinos

Location was good, facilities good

The flat was clean and comfortable. All the furniture was new. There was also access to a roof top swimming pool which I didn't know about. The flat is handy for shops and restaurants and Ana who manages the property was friendly and professional.

The location was good, it was close to the centre of town, the apartment was modern, the water pressure, air conditioning was working well, the TV and Wifi were good. The Kitchen was well equipped with everything you needed.

The apartment had a stale smell of smoke (Tobacco) we were unsure if this was due to previous guests smoking in the apartment or if it was smoke coming in through the ventilation from the communal courtyard. It was an obvious smell and was unpleasant. The Sofa was also terrible, it should be replaced. The apartment is also on the 1st floor, directly above the main gate entrance, which sadly banged every time someone exited or entered the building. It was constant throughout the evening and overnight. The apartment is noisy so if you are a light sleeper, I would recommend ear plugs or a quieter location.
