We genuinely loved our stay here and felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived. The apartment is in a fantastic location, with the London Bridge Underground just a short, easy walk away, which made exploring the city simple and stress‑free. Inside, the space was spotlessly clean, bright, and spacious, with everything we needed and more. The décor was both stylish and cosy, making it feel like a home rather than just a place to stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower was excellent, with great water pressure! Overall, it’s a really lovely, well‑looked‑after apartment that we would happily stay in again.
During our stay, we believe there were noise sensors installed in the apartment. On Sunday evening while watching the Masters Golf final, we received three text messages advising that noise levels were higher than permitted and asking us to keep the noise down. At the time, there was no conversation or loud activity, only the television, which was set to a low volume (around 15). We did not feel we were being noisy, and receiving these messages was uncomfortable. We feel it would have been appropriate to clearly notify guests in advance if noise sensors or any monitoring devices are present in the apartment, as this transparency is important for peace of mind during a stay.

Location was excellent and property was spacious with lots of light and good views of the shard. Very close to transport links both rail and tube. Despite its location property was also quiet. Host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay and there also lots of helpful videos provided to show you how to access apartment and operate the appliances etc
We did have an issue with the balcony door however this was fixed very quickly but we decided not to use it after that. Property did feel a bit cold at times but this could be due to our lack of understanding of how the heating system operated. There is a sound detector within the apartment which did seem to be very sensitive.

Perfect. Very clean, comfortable, well equipped apartment with great views. 4 of us stayed. A short walk from the underground. Location was really good with Borough Market nearby and lots of great restaurants. Very safe and quiet.
