Shard View on Terrace 4BR Rare London Stay, Cinematic Scenes for 10

The apartment itself was decent. I liked the balcony open air, however some wooden slats were broken, which could cause someone to fall. The kitchen, living area and size of the apartment were all good. Some standing aircon in bedroom which helped with the heat in London.

The walk from the station with luggage was about 15min. The underground station at Elephant and Castle is confusing with 2 separate entrances on opposite ends of the square. Stairs in the apartment are very steep. Beds are not comfy, mattresses had springs poking us in 3 of the bedrooms. The kettle did not work properly and they did not make any attempt to replace or repair it even though we had addressed a complaint to the host.

Die Lage ist toll, man ist in 15 min bei fast allen innerstädtischen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Abends und nachts ist es ruhig. Eine schöne Wohngegend gelegen. Die Dachterasse ist toll!

Die Küchenausstattung ist mau. Zu wenig Teller, Schüsseln und Gläser. Wir waren zu acht. Die Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können, hat aber dem Wohlfühlen keinen Abbruch getan.

Prachtige locatie. Dicht bij bus en metro

Viel ons niets echt tegen. Miste alleen wat serviesgoed, glazen theedoeken.

Not sure where to start. If you advertise ‘luxury’ perhaps you should provide ‘luxury ??‘ the beds were all very uncomfortable - springs could be felt and pillows practically non existent. Carpet worn , upstairs window wont shut , shower no pressure and difficult to operate. Not enough seating for the 5 people let alone 9. You can’t have a dinner around the table together if more than 4. Heating is good once you work out how to operate it. There should be a manual in the apartment to explain everything, including the wifi password rather than having to get it from the tiny writing on the bottom of router. Three basic chairs up on roof ( three for an apartment that sleeps 9?) with a tiny glimpse of the shard tip. It was a nice view at night though
