Fantastic apartment in a brilliant location. Spacious, clean, 2 large bedrooms and balconies.

Amazing amount of space. Easy check in and out and convenient lift. Great balcony with Shard view too!

Location, size, airy and bright

Housekeeping service only once in 7 days. For longer staying guests, it should be every 3 days. Also, housekeeping staff forgot to refill many of the amenities like soap, toilet paper which we had to purchase at our expense

The location is great, close to Tate modern and Millennium bridge, and the Borough market

The 3-bedroom apartment is split into three different floors, with the only shower on the third floor. The stairs are quite steep, and we had two grandparents traveling with us. This was not disclosed in the listing. The basics were not provided in the apartment: no paper towels, no tissues, no dish soap, very limited amount of toilet paper, only one kitchen towel, no salt or pepper in the kitchen. Each bedroom closet has three hangers. We had to buy our own salt to make breakfast, and buy additional toilet paper. The host provided two dishwasher pods for a stay of 4 days and when we contacted them, they said they only provide things for the first 24h of stay and that we were required to buy everything else ourselves. I have never stayed at a place where we had to buy toilet paper and kitchen towels ourselves. It’s ridiculous to pay $700 a night and not having access to the basics. Clearly the host doesn’t care about a good guest experience, because the apartment is in a good location and they can afford to not care. I do not recommend this place to families who want to have a convenient stay.
