Breakfast was not provided. The house size, bed arrangements, location and facilities provided were neat, clean and very comfortable.
Price could be little bit cheaper. Air-conditioning or heating were not in the bed rooms. But the bedrooms were warm.

The location is excellent, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the house was clean and comfortable. The furnishings are a bit old, but everything was clean and well maintained.
Everything in the house was fine. However, the kitchen cookware was quite disappointing. The frying pans in particular were in poor condition, with damaged non-stick (Teflon) coating, so they were not safe or suitable to use. Because of this, we avoided using them during our stay.

Location was great, a nice walk along the boardwalk into the village, the private jetty was fabulous for fishing, the pool and spa were very clean and our son enjoyed swimming. A lovely outlook with beautiful birds visiting the balcony. Rudy and Liz were really friendly hosts with excellent communication. Acacia had absolutely everything required for a very comfortable stay.
