Peaceful, plenty of room and well equipped

Steps going in are a bit dicey for older people

Location and views from the living/dining room is great. It is peaceful and has a feeling that no-one else is nearby.

The house is lovely although starting to look quite tired (especially the kitchen). Waiting for hot water to get to the kitchen takes a while and wastes a fair amount of water. Downstairs has quite a stale/mouldy smell about it and really needs to be aired out. One suggestion is that whoever cleans the house should do it better. The carpets didn't seem to have been vacuumed and kitchen floor not cleaned.

I like that the place is so cozy, overlooking the jetties. Everything is provided, so we only had to bring food to cook. The property also is so huge, perfect for large groups.

The cleaners did not properly clean the carpet, when we moved the sofa, there were lots of bugs under. Also, we dont like how the ground rooms are connected, we had to pass the other room to use the toilet
