Great location, walking distance from the main station, spacious apartment and very good communication with the hosts.

We arrived late and left early so didn't really get to enjoy it and discover everything, we notified the staff that Housekeeping needed to pay better attention to details. Overall we were satisfied.

I've stayed here several times as I like the apartment and the location. I like that it has a private entrance, is spacious inside, modern, and quiet inside depite being so central in busy Milan. The staff are friendly and quick to reply to messages. They allowed me to store my luggage there at midday before official check in which was nice.

- The faucet in the bathroom needs to be de-calcified. Water sprays out all over the place when using it. - The temperature adjuster in the shower needs to be repaired. - The toilet flush mechanism needs to be repaired. After flushing it continues to run water until the flusher is pushed again. Been like this every time I've stayed there. - This time the apartment was not ready to occupy at 15:00 because it had not been cleaned yet because of some issue. I was told it would be ready at 16:00. At 16:15 it was still not ready, I was told by the cleaner the floor still needed to be cleaned and then left to dry. I had an appointment so told him to leave it. I understand issues can happen, but this this was a big inconvenience. - I don't like being badgered to leave a review. Last time there was an issue with the thermostat meaning the apartment was swelteringly hot and there was no effective way to cool it down. Help only came the following late afternoon, meaning I got almost no sleep and was very uncomfortable. I was not happy with the way that whole incident was handled, still I decided not to mention it in a review. What annoyed me was they continued to send me requests to leave a review when clearly I didn't want to. They must have asked at least 5 times. I checked out today and already I'm requested to leave a review. So here it is. How about giving your guests some space and left to decide for themselves if they want to leave a review?

Big and spotlessly clean. Also a great location close to 2 metro stops as well as Milano Centrale station.

Everytime you have to get into the property you have to use yr mobile as there is automation. Whilst it's great but if you run out if battery it would be a huge issue.

Te apartment is superbe. It is a lot bigger than it looks in the pictures and is very well designed. It was spotless clean and had everything you needed inside. The location is ideal because it is near the central station and near main attractions in Milan.
