Italianway Comfort - Boscovich 23

We had a great stay! The apartment was comfortable,and equipped with everything we needed. Every little detail was thoughtfully considered — there vas even a drying rack, ironing board, iron, hairdryer and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The location is very convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Milano Centrale, making it very easy for getting around the city.

The only thing to be aware of is that the tourist tax (€9.50 per person) was not mentioned anywhere in the booking details, even though our reservation was fully paid on Booking.com

Contactless check-in and check-out, clean well equipped apartment and a comfy bed, the place is 5 min walking from Milano centrale, but it's quiet and has a lot of facilities nearby, including the supermarket, luggage storage, restaurants and metro station.

Too complicated online registration and getting reach to the building and to the apartment (my grandma would give up at the first task of the quiz :)).

Great location, <10mins walk from Central Station, <20mins to city centre/cathedral. Perfect for out overnight stay. We were allowed an extra hour to leave our suitcases which was greatly appreciated.

Had to complete a prearrival 'proof' including photos of self n passport, and signing numerous documents in case of damage etc (else you dont receive instructions for getting into the apartment) which I've not had to do for a booking.com booking before. A little complicated getting in, make sure you have the correct email open (out of the dozens booking sends after with all their promos etc) as the email has buttons you need to select to unlock the building front door and apartment door lock box. And watch the video too. To be fair all the info is provided, but after a long days travel a complicated entry can be a bit stressful

Il supporto e’ stato deludente: spiegazioni non sufficienti per trovare facilmente l’appartamento, ho chiamato il call center due volte e la seconda volta mi ha buttato giu la chiamata. Inoltre avevo chiesto la possibilità di entrare un’ora prima dell’orario check in ufficiale (15.00) e mi hanno detto di no. L’indomani avevo bisogno di fare il check out 20 minuti dopo l’orario di check out (11.00) e lo staff delle pulizie mi ha suonato piu volte per farmi uscire velocemente. In altre struttura c’e’ molta piu flessibilta e accoglienza sotto questo punto di vista.
