Eccellente sistemazione in appartamento a Solda, per soggiorni anche prolungati

Ottima posizione dell'appartamento nei pressi di Solda, vicino alla funivia per rifugio Milano e ai principali sentieri escursionistici. Vista dal balcone su Ortles e Gran Zebrù. Cercavamo un appartamento confortevole dotato di cucina, per poter soggiornare per un periodo di almeno 2 settimane in due persone in estate. L'appartamento, nuovo, era fornito di un living/sala attrezzato con una cucina grande (con frigorifero con congelatore, e lavastoviglie), bagno molto ampio e una comoda e silenziosa camera da letto. A piano terra il proprietario, molto cortese e gentile, gestisce un negozio di prodotti enogastronomici, offrendo anche alcuni generi alimentari essenziali utili per prima colazione e pranzo/cena veloce (a Solda ci sono soltanto due minimarket).

Non c'è nulla di particolarmente negativo da segnalare. Potrebbe forse essere aumentata un po' la dotazione di accessori/mobilio in uso nell'appartamento: l'armadio non era molto grande, ma comunque sufficiente per due persone; abbiamo sentito la mancanza di qualche appendiabito in più (solo nell'ingresso), di uno sgabello nel bagno (che sarebbe utile anche per arrivare ad aprire la finestra che è posizionata un po' in alto, il bagno aveva comunque un sistema di ventilazione elettrica forzata molto efficiente), di uno stendibiancheria. Piccole cose, non fondamentali, ma che avrebbero aumentato il comfort. Se si ha intenzione di mangiare in casa spesso (soprattutto se si soggiorna per più di una settimana) occorre tenere presente che la dotazione di utensili da cucina è essenziale e potrebbe forse essere potenziata un po' (sarebbe utile qualche pentola antiaderente, uno scolapiatti, canovacci, ecc.). Il proprietario è stato comunque molto disponibile nel fornire prodotti per la pulizia. Mancava una lavatrice, ma abbiamo potuto chiedere il lavaggio e asciugatura di biancheria presso un vicino Hotel della stessa famiglia del proprietario.

Prachtig appartement op een schitterende locatie

Fantastisch mooi appartement, met erg ruime opzet. Alles voelt nieuw, schoon en verzorgd. Het balkon zit heerlijk in de middagzon en kijkt uit over het dal. De ruime badkamer had een heerlijke douche.

Het bed lag erg comfortabel, maar het waren twee losse matrassen, dus soms eindig je in de spleet. Ondanks de vaatwasser en twee vaatwas blokjes, was het fijn geweest als er wat afwasmiddel aanwezig was. Dan hoeft niet alles in de vaatwasser.

Rigenerante

Appartamento nuovissimo con tutto il necessario. Abbiamo soggiornato nel monolocale che è spazioso e ha uno splendido balcone con vista sulle montagne. Il nostro host si è dimostrato disponibile e discreto, gestisce un negozio di prodotti tipici proprio sotto gli appartamenti. Noi abbiamo soggiornato con il nostro cane.

Elegante e comodo

Struttura nuovissima, appartamento grande ed estremamente vivibile anche con due cani di grande taglia come i miei. Elettrodomestici qualitativi che aiutano a vivere al meglio l' appartamento. Dal terrazzo bella vista sui ghiacciai.

Non c' è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto. Forse il parcheggio un po' decentrato, ma non lontano, è l' unica cosa poco comoda ma non è un fattore che crea problematiche particolari.

Großes, modern ausgestattetes Apartment in sehr guter Lage mit Blick auf den Ortler. Die Skibushaltestelle ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Die Skigebiete können auch direkt per Ski erreicht werden.
