Great place, we just got unlucky.

This chalet really has everything, it is geared towards people who like to cook for themselves. The place was clean, the host was a really nice guy. (sorry for the messed up checkin process Gianluigi!)

I have no idea why, but the light switches annoy me more than they should. We were unlucky with the other guests as they were screaming all night long almost every day, rip. The second day a brigade of workers have appeared to work on one of the rooms beside us, and they stayed from morning till late afternoon, using powertools and whatnot which didnt help.

Piccola vacanza al fresco montano

La disponibilità e la gentilezza del proprietario (pur non avendolo mai incontrato, ci siamo tenuti in contatto telefonico/con messaggi); facilità del check-in in autonomia; l'appartamento è dotato di tutto (stoviglie, piatti, posate, anche una moka da tre tazze e la macchinetta per il caffè espresso/Nespresso); il proprietario ci ha fatto trovare le capsule pronte all'uso in numero sufficiente per il soggiorno. La posizione (meno di 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Santa Caterina Valfurva (dove c'è un minimarket fornito di tutti i generi alimentari, detersivi, ecc.. e anche un fornaio). L'appartamento è situato al pianterreno e le foto corrispondono a quelle pubblicate sul sito. Il paese è un'ottima base di appoggio per le varie escursioni a piedi che si possono fare in zona.

In pratica nulla. L'unico inconveniente, per una persona con difficoltà motorie o con disabilità, è la strada in pendenza che dal condominio porta alla strada principale.

Un appoggio incantevole per godere di S. Caterina

La casetta è al piano rialzato (molto comodo per chi, come me, ha più figli da tenere sott'occhio) di uno stabile davvero ben tenuto e, il garage, completa la dotazione rendendola una casa da scegliere per stare davvero tranquilli durante il soggiorno : nella settimana in cui ci ho soggiornato ha nevicato incessantemente e l'avere un garage a disposizione è stato impagabile. Per quanto riguarda la casetta, beh, ha tutto il necessario di cui una famiglia abbia bisogno per trascorrere dei momenti sereni (ho particolarmente apprezzato l'avere a disposizione puzzle, scacchi, dama, carte... per poter trascorrere serate in compagnia dei miei figli). Anche il caffè, le fette biscottate, thè e zucchero lasciati per colazione sono stati molto apprezzati.

Se devo fare un appunto suggerirei di aggiungere un armadio per riporre indumenti: abbiamo tenuto valigie e cambi sul letto a castello di fronte il letto matrimoniale.
