TRES BON SEJOUR
L'emplacement central à 200 m de la plage et du centre de la ville, proche des commerces et de la vie locale. Le parc est également à proximité.
La difficulté à se garer dans la ville. le stationnement mis en place par la municipalité est intéressant, nous avons trouvé un emplacement près du port et le système permet d'obtenir un ticket valable 2 jours (soit 16 euros) donc pas besoin de renouveler le ticket de stationnement tous les jours.

Prima locatie, maar heeft hier nog wat aandacht nodig.
Dit appartement/huisje met patio (heel fijn om ook een buiten te hebben!) heeft een aantal voordelen: op loopafstand van strand, restaurants, cafés, supermarkt, diverse leuke winkels etc… Prima te doen voor een week met 4 personen. Meer personen is niet aan te raden. Ook was het schoon en zijn de slaapkamers netjes. Beddengoed en handdoeken inbegrepen. De verhuurder was zo vriendelijk om, op ons verzoek, een parkeerkaart (€25.-) voor een week te regelen. Gemakkelijke en snelle communicatie (in het Italiaans via WhatsApp); geen beheerder gezien of gesproken. Werden helaas wel veelal regels en geboden “gecommuniceerd”. Misschien is het nog onwennigheid omdat deze accommodatie nog niet zo lang verhuurd wordt.
Er zijn ook nadelen: GEEN airco, de ventilatoren zijn van matige kwaliteit, en het heeft, in tegenstelling tot de beschrijving, maar 1 (!) douche. Woonkamer en patio zouden een upgrade kunnen gebruiken. Ze zijn niet erg gezellig en er staan oude spullen; kast op instorten en oncomfortabele bank (slaapbank?) en goedkope plastic terras stoelen. Daarnaast is parkeren (in de zomer) erg lastig; vol, weinig plek. Ook moest je zorgen dat bij vertrek al het afval weg was. Erg onhandig als je op zaterdag vertrekt en glaswerk en afval alleen op maandag wordt opgehaald.
